Our team comprise of seasoned HR professionals with more than 15 years HR experience in different organizations at various levels. The founder and mastermind, Solly Nong Moagi was an HR Specialist, HR/OD Superintendent, ER Superintendent, ER Manager and Employment Equity Manager at Rio Tinto Palabora from 1999 to 2010 and later HR Manager at Lonmin Platinum and SMAB Agency between 2010 and 2015.
Leonard Mashao, a training and development expert with over 10 years experience and sought-after knowledge and skills. Leonard has served as Metallurgist and Training Officer as Rio Tinto (Palabora) and later a Training Coordinator at Amplats (Rustenburg) and recently an HR / Training Manager at African Rainbow Minerals (Durban). He has done some sterling work for ARM, BHPBil (Northern Cape), Cullinan Diamond Mine.
